No.119 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025, under Sections 20/8 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered with Police Station Ranipur, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present crime and has no criminal history. 5. He further submits that an alleged recovery of 183 gram of charas was made from possession of the applicant, which is non-commerical as the commercial quantity under law is 1 kg and above. 6. Since the applicant was found carrying non commercial quantity of charas and has no criminal history, this Court is of the opinion that this is a fit case to enlarge the applicant on bail. 7. Let the Applicant-Sameer be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
