Palve, learned Counsel appears for applicant/ respondent Nos.1(A) to 1(D), the legal heirs of original claimant. 02. By the present application, the applicants/the legal heirs of the original claimant, seek permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,98,525/- along with the accrued interest thereon, deposited by the appellant-acquiring body with the registry of this Court on 26/12/2016. 03. The learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that on 15/09/2022, the appellant-acquiring body withdrew the appeal in pursuance of the Government Notifications dated 23/02/2017 and 13/08/2018. 04. Since the appeal came to be disposed of, the applicants/legal heirs of the original claimant-respondent No.1, are hereby permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation of Rs.1,98,525/- deposited by the appellant-acquiring body, along with accrued interest thereon. 05.
