The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are challenging Crime No.98 of 2025. It is submitted that the petitioners are arraigned as Accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.98 of 2025 on the file of Dwaraka Tirumala Police Station, West Godavari District, for the alleged offences under Sections 118(1) r/w 3(5) of BNS. It is also submitted that the I 2 petitioners have not committed any offence and a false complaint is filed against them. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the wounds received by the 2 nd respondent are grievous in nature, and the wound certificate would also indicate that the 2'''^ respondent, along with his wife and son, were also admitted to the hospital and treated for the injuries sustained by them during the altercation between the petitioners and the 2^^^ respondent. 4. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage, and the police are directed to complete the investigation and file sheet/final report. the charge 5.
