The issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in [Special Deputy https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 14432 of 2025 Collector (Stamps) and another Vs. M.Alfred and others] reported in 2017 2 CWC 896 wherein the Division Bench has categorically held that the copy of the document cannot be given when proceedings under Section 47 A of the Stamp Act is pending. 4. In view of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and hence, this writ petition stands dismissed.
