PROSECUTOR for the Respondent/Complainant, the court made the following
ORDER
“The present interlocutory application has been filed seeking relaxation of the conditions (iv) and (v) in paragraph No.12., imposed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.P.No.7483 of 2025 vide Order dated 29.07.2025. Heard the
learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. It is represented that the petitioner from the date of her release has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the charge sheet is not yet filed. In view of the submissions made and the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is disposed of, the condition (iv) and (v) in paragraph No.12 are modified as hereunder:
“iv. The petitioner/Accused shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a month i.e., on every 1 Sunday between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM, till filing of charge sheet. St V.
