Roy Mr. Bibekananda Tripathy …for the petitioner Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay Mr. Suman Dey …for the State Mr. Kunal Ganguly …for the WBBSE In terms of the order dated 5th December, 2024 learned advocate representing West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has filed a report in the form of affidavit affirmed on 14th January, 2025 and same is taken on record. From the report it appears that on re- evaluating answers to question nos. 4.5 and 4.6 of Life Science paper petitioner was awarded one mark each for second part of answers of both the questions resulting in enhancement of total marks in Life Science from 72 to 74. In view of enhancement of marks it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands dispensed with. Concerned authority of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education is directed to issue revised mark sheet incorporating enhanced marks which has been awarded to the petitioner in Life Science. Let such 2 exercised be completed by fortnight from the date of communication of this order. Writ petition stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
