The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in attempting to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring 2385 square feet in Sy.No.437/1, D.No.22-689/5, Sambiah Khandiga, Kattamanchi Road, Chittoor District, without issuing any notice. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner purchased the said property through a registered sale deed dated 16.08.2017 and has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the same. The 3rd respondent, under the guise of road widening, is attempting to dispossess the petitioner and demolish the property without following the due process of law. 3. The learned standing counsel for respondents 3 and 4 submits that, as of now, there is no approved proposal for road widening. If any such proposal is initiated in the future, the respondent authorities would follow the due process of law. It is further submitted that the respondent authorities have only conducted a site visit to measure the extent of land that may be required for the proposed road widening. -3- W.P. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land except in accordance with the due process of law. 5.
