PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., is filed seeking to enlarge the petitioner/accused on anticipatory bail in Crime No. 55 of 2024 of Yerravaripalem Police Station, Tirupathi District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 189 (2), 353 (2), 352, 351(2), 196, 61 (2) read with 3 (5) BNS, 23(1), 24(1), 25(1) POCSO Act, 2012. 2 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. 3. Perused the record. On 04.11.2024, a case has been registered in Crime No.55 of 2024 of Yerravaripalem Police Station, Tirupathi District, for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 189 (2), 353 (2), 352, 351(2), 196, 61 (2) read with 3 (5) BNS, 23(1), 24(1), 25(1) POCSO Act, 2012. Having heard both sides, it is seen that all the offences alleged are punishable with imprisonment of seven years and less than seven years. It is, in these circumstances, investigating Police are directed to comply with Section 35(3) of BNSS and all the directions given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the judgment in Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar and other related rulings. 4.
