2. On a reading of affidavit in support of this writ petition, it is seen that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and hence, the petitioners are not entitled to the relief as sought for in this writ petition. However, it is open to the writ petitioners to workout his remedy in the Pg.Nos.2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
