The principal grievance of the petitioner is the letter sent by the 4th respondent to the Chairman and Managing Director, APEPDCL., regarding the 3 involvement of the petitioner in Cr. No.452 of 2015 under Section 354-A IPC at RPS, Secunderabad., and also for initiation of action against the petitioner. 3. At the time of considering the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for APEPDCL., jointly submit that since the petitioner got acquitted from the above criminal case, no action has been taken by the respondent authorities as on today. Accordingly, they submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive anymore and no further orders are necessary. 4. Recording the submissions made by both the parties, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
