Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the writ petition would not survive for consideration since virtually all the benefits, except the benefits of 7th Pay Commission, given to the employees. 2. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to make a representation seeking the extension of benefits of 7th Pay Commission. 3. If such a representation is made by the petitioner within a period of THREE WEEKS from today, the authorities shall consider and decide the same within a period of EIGHT WEEKS thereafter. 4.
