C.M.A.No.585 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Maheswara Rao Kuncheam)
The petition filed by mother, seeking appointment as guardian of minor child as well as other reliefs under Sections 7, 8 to 10 and 29 of the Guardian and Wards Act was dismissed by the learned Principal District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru. Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the appellant/petitioner.
2. Sri R.Satish Babu, learned counsel represented on behalf of Sri S.Jagadeeswara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner submits that in view of afflux of time, the cause in the appeal becomes infructuous.
3. Since the cause in the appeal becomes infructuous, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall also stand closed. ____________________ RAVI NATH TILHARI, J
