Case of the prosecution, in brief is that on 03.03.2025 receipt of credible information, the Sub-Inspector of police along with his staff and mediators rushed to polytechnic college, and caught the accused in possession of 22 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material was seized under the cover of mediators report. on ■"1, 3. Heard. Perused the record. 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner euntends that the 4. petitioner has been in judicial custody from 03.03.2025 and prays to grant bail to the petitioner herein. 5. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed to grant bail on the ground that contraband allegedly involved in the present crime is 22 Kgs of Ganja, which is a commercial quantity and further submits that the petitioner herein has involved in 69 other crimes. In view of the gravity of offence and involvement of 6. commercial quantity of ganja and in view of the previous crime record of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
