This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 to decide the complaint/representation dated 09.08.2024 of petitioner, expeditiously within the time framed as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that petitioner wants correction in the revenue records for which he has filed an application on 9.8.2024 which is not in accordance with the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for correction of revenue records under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 6. In case such an application is filed within two weeks, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
