GANTA EDIGA RAKESH GOUD 3 THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA WRIT PETITION NO: 25809 OF 2025 The Court made the following order: Heard Sri Gandham Raghavaendra Pavan, learned counsel appearing for Sri Manoj Kumar Bethapudi, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2, Smt. Pulipati Radhika, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 and Sri Ganta Ediga Rakesh Goud, learned counsel for respondent No.4. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are proposing to appoint that the antecedents Sri Bongu Ravi Kumar (unofficial respondent No.4) as member of the trust Board of the 3rd respondent temple, without enquiring into his antecedents, despite the petitioner’s representation. In the said regard, it is contended that the respondents have not passed any orders and are going ahead with, for constitution of the trust board. Thus, the instant writ petition is filed. 3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Smt. Pulipati Radhika, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submitted that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner to the 2nd respondent, a report has been called for from the 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent has already submitted a report on 19.09.2025 and appropriate orders would be passed. 4 4. Having regard to the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 01.09.2025 of the petitioner, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and unofficial respondent No.4, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Till such consideration and passing of orders on the said representation of the petitioner, the proceedings initiated by the 2nd respondent for the constitution of the Trust Board for the 3rd respondent’s temple shall be kept pending. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
