2. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers and I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence,
learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after three months if the trial is not proceeded or substantially progressed. In view of the submission made by the
learned Counsel for the applicant, liberty is granted to the applicant to move this Court after six months if the trial is not substantially progressed.
