JUDGMENT The writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take immediate steps to approve the unrelated liver transplantation, without insisting for the certificate of altruism.
2. The 1st petitioner is suffering from chronic liver disease. He has been advised to undergo transplantation. The 2nd petitioner has volunteered to donate a part of her liver. The petitioners had submitted a joint application before the 2nd respondent.
