Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Amendment application is allowed. 3. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is permitted to carry out necessary amendment during course of the day. 4. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a writ of mandamus commanding the 3rd respondent to accept experience certificate submitted by the petitioner for the post of Principal and declare his result of the interview dated 16.06.2015 and allot institution to the petitioner based on the result. 5. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner made an application in pursuance of the advertisement dated 27/29.06.2011 and selection process was completed and selection list is prepared but considering experience certificate of the past services in unaided institution, the respondents have not taken any decision. Hence, results are not declared. 6. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has further brought to the notice of the Court that the issue has already been decided by this Court in Writ-A No.2842 of 2010 on 15.07.2010. According to the said orders, the petitioner is eligible to be considered for counting his past services in unaided institution. In the said circumstances, without going into merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner based on the observations made by this Court in Writ-A No.2842 of 2010 on 15.07.2010 and take a decision within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
