1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the Petitioners from the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to issue a writ order/direction to the Respondent No. 6 to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 09/05/2023 expeditiously within 3 months. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to issue a writ order/direction to the Respondent Authorities to not to take any coercieve action against the Petitioner and to stay the effect and operation of the impugned orders dated 05/04/2023, 10/05/2023 & 09/06/2023 till the matter is finally decided by the labour officer.
3 10.4 Any other relief/reliefs, which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, with cost of the petition, may also please be granted to the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. No objection has been raised from other side.
