Mr. Varun Chandel, Additional Advocate General, for respondents. CWP No. 58 of 2018 Compliance affidavit, in terms of judgment dated 21st October, 2024 passed in this matter, has been filed by the Divisional Forest officer, Kullu, District Kullu HP informing the compliance of directions passed by the Court in aforesaid judgment. Para 3 of the affidavit is as under:- “3. That in compliance to para-9 of the order ibid, some other encroachment(s) on the Government/Forest land made by Sh.Pritam s/o Sh.Rup Dass r/o Vill. Vashishat, Sh. Bhimi Ram, s/o Sh.Rup Dass r/o Vill. Vashisht by planting fruit orchard have been detected by the revenue authorities on the spot during during demarcation/identification of the land. In this regard Tehsildar Manali has reported that individual missals will be prepared and submitted to Forest Department for further necessary action under the provisions of Rules. As and when these missals are received in this office, appropriate action in accordance with law will be initiated in time bound manner. In view of above information, Tehsildar Manali is directed to ensure preparation and submission of Missals of all persons mentioned in para 3 of affidavit to the concerned DFO on or before 15th May, 2025 and compliance affidavit of Tehsildar be filed accordingly.
