1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has wrongly been filed as WPC, whereas in view of the pleadings made and the relief sought, it ought to have been as WPS, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file the writ petition as WPS.
3. State counsel has no objection with regard to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. Prayer is allowed.
5. In view of above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Sd/-
