This Court, vide order dated 04.02.2025 passed in CRMP-435 of 2025 dismissed the petition as withdrawn with liberty fo file afresh, on Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2025.12.12 18:07:44 +0530 Crmp 3759 of 2025 2 petitioner’s depositing a sum of Rs.1,000/- as cost before the Registry of this Court within a week. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner bona fidely could not deposit the said amount within time, though there was no deliberate negligence or intention on his part, and now he is ready to deposit the cost of Rs.1,000/- and prays for extension of time. 4. The request of the petitioner appears to be reasonable, and therefore, delay in depositing the cost of Rs.1,000/- is hereby condoned. 5. Petitioner is directed to deposit the said amount in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today. 6. Accordingly, present CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
