JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Order 24/11/2025 : Learned counsel appearing for the accused-petitioners, after having argued the matter at some length, has prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioners to surrender & apply for regular bail before the ld. trial Court. Permission, as sought for is granted. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, if the petitioners surrender themselves before the ld. trial Court within a period of two weeks from today and move an application for regular bail, the ld. trial Court is expected to decide the same as early as possible in accordance with law.
