This writ petition was filed questioning the action of respondents in insisting the petitioners to vacate from their agricultural landed property of Ac. 1.34 cents covered by Sy.No.264/B of Nambur Revenue Village in Pedakakani Mandal of Guntur District for the purpose of providing the same as house sites to third parties under <NAVARATNALU PEDALANDARKI ILLU= scheme, without acquiring the same and paying compensation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent submits that the subject land was utilized for the above said welfare scheme of housing. 4. The copy of the instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
