Heard Ms.A.V.Sai Lakshmi, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner on record and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the respondent/police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2020 and file a final report. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to conclude the investigation in the above crime and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
