Petitioner has been made accused in connection with CID P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVIII-cum-Special Judge, CID, Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that the petitioner and co-accused persons were the descendants of Khatiyani Raiyats of the disputed land. Descendants of the Informant had taken the disputed land on mortgage in the year 1915. It is alleged that the petitioner and co-accused persons have got their names entered into the revenue records by claiming that the mortgage was redeemed, which the Informant is denying. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons Kishan Kumar Singh, Uma Shankar Singh, Mithilesh Kumar Singh and Kamakhya Narayan Singh have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide A.B.A. No. 1627 of 2025 5. Mrs. Nehala Sharmin, learned Special P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner- XVIII-cum-Special Judge, CID, Ranchi in connection with CID P.S.
