Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution praying for issuance of directions to the official respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 10. (2)
Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 3 at this stage. (3)
Mr. T.P.S.Walia, learned AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the aforesaid official respondents. (4)
Learned State Counsel, in view of the Standard Operating Procedure/Instructions dated 23.01.2025, issued by the Government of Punjab and after obtaining instructions from the quarter concerned, apprised the Court that petitioners can approach the Authorities concerned on Mobile No.98888-96144 i.e. available 24 x 7, “Sakhi One Stop Centre”, New Civil Hospital, Gurdaspur.
