By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the inaction on the part of the respondents whereby the respondent- authorities have not decided demarcation application 5led by the petitioner. It is pertinent to mentioned here that petitioner submitted his application before the Tahsildar Tahsil Raipur on 26.05.2023 but after passing more than 2 years, they have not decided his application and not passed any order regarding demarcation of land. Hence this petition 3. On the other hand, learned State Counsel submits that with regard to demarcation of land, his application would be considered and the Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.10.30 10:56:44 +0530 2 authorities concerned will demarcate the land in accordance with law. 4. Given the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent-authorities including the Revenue Department of the State Government to decide the application dated 26.05.2023 and thereafter to take necessary steps in getting the property of the petitioner duly demarcated physically in the presence of the petitioner and all concerned persons under Section 129 of CG Land Revenue Code in accordance with law within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
