learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G. Naga Bhushanam, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments.
2. Challenging the action of the respondents in trying to evict the petitioner from the subject property from Shop NO.06 in Maddileti Narasimha Swamy Temple R.S. Rangapuram Village, Bethamcherla

Mandal, Nandyala District, without issuing any show cause notice to the petitioner, the instant Writ Petition is filed.
3. Perused the record.
4. If possession of the petitioner in respect of the subject land is found to be unauthorized the respondents are directed to follow the due procedure of law for eviction of the petitioner after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner.
5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow due procedure under the provisions of the Act. There shall be no order as to costs.
