The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: a. “Call for the entire records pertaining to implementation and status of permission/ order issued by Respondent No.2 bearing No.G5/Sha.Shi.A/Hu.Tu.A/Mahantesh/02/2020- 21/1926 dated 13.09.2022 vide Annexure-M. b. Issue writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate direction directing Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to furnish details of marks obtained by Petitioner on the application for appointment made on 11.10.2022 for the post of Hindi Teacher which is produced as Annexure-D. c. Issue Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to conduct interview of the Petitioner in consonance with the application dated 11.10.2022 produced as annexure-d. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17713 WP No. 101551 of 2023 d. Grant such other order or reliefs as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances in the interest of justice.” 2. The petitioner is stated to have submitted an application pursuant to a notification issued for appointment to the post of Hindi Teacher. The application was submitted on 11.10.2022. The petitioner submits that she is unaware of the status of her application and contends that the State ought to have communicated the outcome of her application or called her for an interview. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the applications have been processed, the petitioner has been found ineligible, and the appointments have already been made, with the selected candidates presently working. 4. The petitioner ought to have known that her appointment had not materialised when others were appointed. 5. Finding no merit in the petition, the petition stands rejected. 6. Ordered accordingly.
