At the outset, learned advocate, Mr. Rathod, would state that due to an inadvertence on the part of his office, within the stipulated time granted by this Court, the office objections were not removed. 2.1. Learned advocate, Mr. Rathod, has given an assurance to this Court that all office objections will be removed within the time, which may be granted by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made and the assurance given by learned advocate, Mr. Rathod, that all office C/MCA/1666/2025 ORDER DATED: 21/07/2025 objections will be removed within the stipulated time which may be granted by this Court, after going through the averments made in the application, the application deserves to be allowed, which is hereby allowed in terms of para 6(B) on a condition that the remove office objections shall be removed till 4th August, 2025. 4.
