Bhagat Singh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri J. Dileep Kumar, learned Counsel for the sole Respondent has submitted that the Order of this Court has been complied with. He has also furnished the Written Instructions rendered by the District Collector, Eluru District dated 10.09.2025. However, the Written Instructions were not considered by this Court on the earlier occasion inasmuch as the Counsel for the Petitioner has not appeared and had posted the matter today for further consideration. 3. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner. The Proceeding dated 10.09.2025 is taken on record. This Court has perused the Proceeding of the District Collector, Eluru. Having done so, this Court is of the view that the District Collector, Eluru has passed a Speaking Order thereby complying with the Order of this Court dated 24.02.2025 in W.P.No.4790 of 2025. The said Proceeding would also indicate that a copy of the same has been dispatched to the Petitioner. 4. In this view of the matter, there is no Contempt Case against the Respondent. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to challenge the correctness of the Proceeding of the District Collector, Eluru dated 10.09.2025 bearing No.86382/2025/E2(LMS), if so advised. 5.
