JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER This petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC”) seeking transfer of M.C.No.82/2024 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Sindhanur to the competent jurisdictional Court at Gangavati. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife. The respondent-husband though served with notice, has remained unrepresented. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife that the petitioner herein has filed Crl.Misc.No.584/2024 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., seeking maintenance before the competent Court at Gangavati, I find force in the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in that view of the matter, petition stands allowed. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4879 CP No. 100028 of 2025 4. In the result, the M.C.No.82/2024 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Sindhanur is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gangavati, forthwith. 5. In view of disposal of the petition, pending interlocutory applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and are disposed of accordingly.
