GP FOR LABOUR 3 The Court made the following order: Sri V.N.S.L.Sasidhar, learned counsel, representing Sri K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that despite his best efforts, the petitioner has not been in contact with him for a long time. He further submits that though he addressed a letter to the petitioner, he has not received any response till date. Since the matter pertains to the year 2007 and the petitioner has not been pursuing the case through his advocate, it shows that he has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. However, if the petitioner believes that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
