The present CRMP has been 8led by the petitioners with the following prayer :- “It is, therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to order as to quash the charge sheet and pending proceeding bearing case No. 66/2022 bearing parties State of C. G. Vs Yuvraj and others before learned Court of CJM Kabirdham by allowing this petition in the interest of justice.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the charges have been framed against the petitioners by the trial Court concerned and the case is 8xed for recording of evidence of the prosecution witnesses, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage, to which learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition 3 with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 5. Certi8ed copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioners after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
