On interaction, she submits that she is major and does not want to reside with the petitioner-Shahdil but, with a person of her choice. Being major, she is at liberty to reside wherever she wants. Since, it is not a case of illegal detention, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed. The Police authorities are directed to permit the detenu to go wherever she wants.
