This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated December 10, 2024 passed by respondent no.2 whereby provisional assessment was made by the electricity department. 3. It is to be noted that an objection/application dated January 3, 2025 has been filed by the petitioner before the Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Khand-I, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam limited, Mau, which is still pending. 4. In light of the same, we direct the authority concerned to pass a reasoned order upon the application/objection of the petitioner dated January 3, 2025, and thereafter pass the final assessment order within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
