Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (T) P.S. Case No. 242 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2488 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308 (5), 308(4) and (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. On 14.10.2024 petitioner got his bullet motorcycle refueled in Happy Service Station, Giridih. On being asked to pay for the same, he abused the Informant and also extorted Rs. 5,000/- from him. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
