This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned ASC for the State. 3. Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of the writ petition finally at this stage directing the Tahasildar, Udala (Opp. Party No.5) to accept the objection, if filed by the petitioner against the letter for Demarcation Page 2 of 2. under Annexure-5 of this writ petition and the Tahasildar, Udala (Opp. Party No.5) shall consider the objection of the petitioner by giving opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and dispose of that objection within 15 days from the date of communication of this Order. 4. Registry is directed to communicate this Order immediately to the Tahasildar, Udala (Opp. Party No.5). 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally. 6.
