The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “a) quash/set-aside the impugned order dated 29.09.2025 (Arinexure P/1). b) Issue a writ, order or direction, moreover in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent to make necessary arrangement in Rule 3(d) of Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013. c) Direct the respondent authorities to re-consider the order Annexure P/1 by respondent in accordance with law, within stipulated time. d) Pass any other order(s) that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum. 4.
