(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to take action on the complaints submitted by the petitioner on dated 21.02.2025, 10.01.2025 and 30.03.2025 (Annexures P-3 to P-5) respectively and register FIR against respondents No.6 to 16. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed various representations for the redressal of her grievances, however, no action has been taken on the same. Notice of motion to the official respondents only. Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. On instructions from HC Sukhwinder Singh, at the outset, he has submitted that to maintain the peace and harmony among the parties Kalandra under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against both the parties. He submits that both the parties have been called, though the resondents have appeared, but the petitioner has not appeared so far. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-authorities to take into consideration the representations filed by the petitioner and proceed with in accordance with law. The petitioner should be issued specific notice for enquiry, if the same is required.
