Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hazaribag Muffasil P.S. Case No.159 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. On 06.08.2024 at about 9:30 A.M., husband of the informant namely Parshuram Prasad left his house. Thereafter, at about 7:50 P.M. his dead body was recovered from a place near Lakhe cemetery. It is alleged that due to previous enmity, the named accused persons might have committed his murder. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired in confession of co-accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag, in connection with Hazaribag Muffasil P.S.
