W.P.No.14608 of 2019
For Petitioner : No Appearance
For Respondents : Mr.S.Balamurugan, Government Advocate O R D E R The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to rectify the error crept in UDR records by including the missing pathway as a separate subdivision. 2. Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner made a representation/complaint dated 04.04.2019 before the 1st respondent for taking necessary action to include the missing pathway in UDR records pertaining to his properties. Since, no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. 4. Though very many grounds have been raised, however, at the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 04.04.2019 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
