1. The present Cr.M.P has been filed for extension of time to comply with the order dated 11.07.2025 passed by this Court in ACQA No.116 of 2025 (Shri Pankaj Kumar Tiwari vs. Maroof Developers) whereby, liberty was granted to the appellant/petitioner herein to prefer an appeal within a period of 45 days from the date of passing of said order. Considering the reasons assigned in the Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to grant a further time to the petitioner to file an appeal subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- before the concerned DLSA within a period of 30 days from the date of passing of this order. After furnishing a receipt thereof, the Appeal shall be filed within an outer limit of 30 days. Ordered accordingly.
3. The remaining conditions of the order dated 11.07.2025 shall remain intact.
4. With the aforesaid modification, this Petition is disposed of. Sd/-
