The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. “Quash the impugned endorsements dated 28-8-2024 bearing No. RTC(THI).CR-82/24-25 produced as Annexure-E issued by the Respondent NO. 3, impugned endorsement dated 10-9-2024 bearing No. Kra.Bhu.Sa.Ni/vi.Vahi-03/2023-24 produced as Annexure-F issued by the Respondent NO.5 and impugned endorsement dated 5-12-2024 bearing No. RTC(THI).CR-235/24-25 produced as Annexure-G passed by the Respondent NO. 3 by issue of writ of certiorari or any other suitable writ or order or directions. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:8497 WP No. 100917 of 2025 ii. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to give separate assessment to each part of the land () which is divided into three parts vide Annexure-C and further to issue separate Record of Rights assigning separate survey numbers to each part of the land in respect of land bearing Sy. No. 76 totally measuring 21 Acres 36 Guntas out of which 4 Acres 32 Guntas in the name of the Govt of India/National High Way and 17 Acres 04 Guntas in the name of the petitioner situated at Nuggikeri village, Tq & Dist: Dharwad. iii. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit under the circumstances of the present case including an order for costs may kindly be passed in the interest of justice and equity”. 2. Sri.Gangadhar, learned AAG submits that three survey numbers have been allotted wherein two survey numbers in respect of the land of the petitioner and one in respect of the land on which the national highway has been established in compliance with the Order dated 27.02.2025. 3. Sri.G.I.Gachchinamath, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the receipt of the same.
