On completion of investigation, chargesheet is filed and R.C.C. No.1502/2022 is pending before learned JMFC, Court No.1, Amravati. ii. During the pendency of the matter, matrimonial dispute between applicant no.1 Nilesh and non-applicant no.2 Kajal is amicably settled and they are residing together and leading a happy married life. Applicants and non-applicant no.2 are present in the Court. They are identified by their respective advocates.
