GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.11344 of 2019 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4th Respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes concerning the petitioner’s property, land admeasuring Ac. 1.18 cents in Survey No. 935/1 at Srikurmam Village, Gara Mandal, Srikakulam District, and not to call the petitioner to the police station or extend any threats. 2. Heard learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R. Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submitted that the police enquiry reveals that the matter is civil in nature and that they will not interfere in the matter. The written instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader are placed on record. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, no further orders are required in the matter as the police have completed the enquiry and referred the matter as civil in nature. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission, without going into the merits of the case. There shall be no order as to costs.
