The petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent no.2 to pay compensation to her for plot no. 1109 kha area 0.08 hectare of village Gotha Pargana Satasi, Tehsil- Bisauli, District Budaun. 2. In paragraph-8 of the writ petition, it is stated that notification under Section 6(1) of the Land Acquisition Act was issued in the newspaper on 08.01.2021. 3. Copy of the extract of the alleged notification does not indicate that under which provision of law, the acquisition was made. It is also not clear to counsel for the petitioner. As the petitioner claims right to receive compensation on basis of a sale deed, it would not be possible for this Court to ascertain the claim unless the provision of law under which acquisition is being made, is clarified and the acquisition notifications are brought on record. 4.
