2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction for tracing out the Lower Court Records of Mahua P.S. Case No. 327 of 2009 / G.R. No. 2894 of 2009 and has also prayed for conclusion of the trial of the same in accordance with law.

3. The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali will take all steps for tracing out the records of Mahua P.S. Case No. 327 of 2009 and if the same is not traced, he will take steps for reconstruction of the records of Mahua P.S. Case No. 327 of
2009.
4. The aforesaid exercise must be completed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali within three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this application is
disposed of.
6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali through FAX for its compliance.
