This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent No.4 in cancelling the grant of assignment of house sites in favour of the petitioners to an extent of Ac.0.2 ½ cents each in Sy.No.194/1 of Yadavalli village, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District vide impugned order RCD 306/2012 dated 08.07.2020 without considering the explanation of the petitioners in accordance with law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter of the 4th respondent submits that already house site pattas were distributed under the welfare scheme of housing in the subject land on 25th December, 2020. 60 house site pattas were distributed to the beneficiaries under the welfare scheme. 4. In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
